I founded Growing Connections because I have spent my career sitting at the intersection of people, leadership and organisational performance - and I have seen, repeatedly, that sustainable success is never created by strategy alone.
It is created by how leaders think, relate, feel and act.
As an Organisational Psychologist, HR Executive and Ontological Coach, I have worked inside complex organisations during periods of growth, pressure, integration and change. I have seen well-intended strategies fail because the human system was not ready and I have seen organisations thrive when leaders were supported to grow their awareness, capability and presence.
Growing Connections was created to work at this deeper level.
I believe organisations are living systems. When we shift the quality of leadership, conversations and culture, performance follows. My work focuses on developing leaders and organisations from the inside out, strengthening clarity, trust, accountability and resilience so that people can do their best work and organisations can fulfil their purpose in sustainable ways.
